Hendry Homes
Hendry Homes is a builder of affordable luxury homes in Snohomish County, Washington. Rocketship designed and built their first website, with a custom tool that shows progress updates on homes as they are being built.
The problem
This was Hendry Homes first website, so brand identity, content, and structure all had to be conceived from scratch.
What we did
Rocketship leveraged its experience in the construction vertical as a starting point for the Hendry website, saving the client time and money. We repurposed some custom coded functionality that allows Hendry to post progress updates on homes they are building, in real time. This tool automatically sends update notifications to realtors and other parties that may be following the property in hopes of making an offer before the home is placed on the MLS, generating more demand, higher margins, and reducing selling costs.
